Gin cured salmon, avocado, avruga caviar, citrus & fennel salad

Salt baked celeriac, whey & brown butter, yeasted celeriac puree, toasted hazelnut

Mains

Stuffed ballottine of turkey, duck fat roast potatoes, parsnips, sprout tops, bread sauce, gravy

 

Confit leg of duck, puy lentils and pancetta, braised red cabbage, duck gravy

 

Chestnut mushroom pithivier, buttered cabbage, tenderstem, mushroom, white wine & shallot sauce

 

Pan roast John Dory, olive oil mash, button onions and girolles, lemon, parsley, and white wine

Desserts

Classic Christmas pudding, orange & brandy custard, boozy fruit, and nuts

 

White chocolate & cranberry bread and butter pudding, vanilla custard

 

British cheese selection, homemade chutney, grapes and crackers
